Cancellation/Refund Policy

Attendee's, having booked for a programmed event, wishing to cancel, must do so at least 48 hours before the event, otherwise, they will not be liable for a refund.

Subscription fee refunds for member resignations will only be made at the discretion of the Club Membership Committee. 

Refunds for event entry fees paid will be made in full provided the required cancellation notice as detailed on booking form is given by the entrant. 

Refunds will also be made on the cancellation of any event by the Club or in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the Officers of the Club.
