Group Bookings Terms & Conditions 1. Confirmation Society / Group Bookings: All bookings will be confirmed via e-mail. Provisional bookings may be made and are subject to a deposit €100.00. Contact details (mobile & email address) of the group organiser must be supplied to Luttrellstown Castle. The onus is on the group to inform Luttrellstown of any changes to these contact details. The group organiser must also read and sign these terms and conditions. Corporate Golf Bookings: In order to confirm your booking a non refundable deposit must be paid at the time of the booking. Payment of the initial deposit constitutes your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions noted herein. Final numbers for corporate events must be provided 48 hours in advance. Final numbers will form the basis of the final invoice. Deposits are payable as follows: • Deposit Corporate: €1,000.00 • Deposit Charities: €500.00 2. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancelling a confirmed booking the deposit is non-refundable. 3. Reduction in numbers On the day of the outing, a group will receive flexibility to reduce their numbers by a maximum of 6 players before a charge will be enforced. E.g. If a group books for 30 people and 20 people arrive, the organiser of the group will have to pay for a minimum of 24 people. 4. Refunds No refunds will be given due to inclement weather unless a decision is made by the Director of Golf to close the course. 5. Food & Beverage No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into the Golf Club without the special prior written permission of the Food & Beverage Manager. The Golf Club reserves the right to make a charge for the service of same. LCR – Group Terms & Conditions – Revised March 2019 6. Rules of Golf It is assumed that all golfers will abide by the Rules of Golf in addition to any local rules that may be in place at the time of the event. 7. Etiquette It is expected that the etiquette of the game of golf will be upheld at all times. Players must replace all divots, repair all pitch marks and rake bunkers after use. You will be approached by on-course staff if you are deemed to have neglected these practices. 8. Pace of Play Please obey the Course Ranger and keep up with the group directly in front of you. 9. Dress Code We operate a neat casual dress code which applies to both players and spectators. No denim, tank tops, collarless or sleeveless t-shirts, runners, trainers or football jerseys are permitted on the golf course at any time. Players must wear soft spikes golf shoes on the course. 10. Children Children under the age of 11 are not permitted at any time onto the course. Children between the ages of 12 – 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times on the course. 11. Starting Times When the course is heavily booked, starting times may not be altered without the prior approval of the Director of Golf. Every effort is made to be flexible in tee-times due to unforeseen circumstances of the group. However, in the event of late arrival of a group, it may be only possible to permit as many players out onto the course as would be possible during the remaining tee-times slots.
