Payment:

Prepayment only. Debit/Credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking. On the day of play we would ask that you arrive at least 30mins before your tee time and present a printed copy of your booking confirmation to a member of staff in the Pro Shop.

Cancellation Policy:

Tee times may be cancelled up to 48 Hours in advance at no charge. No refund will be given for any cancellation or no-show inside of 48hours of the playing date.

Course Closure:

In the event of course closure, where the management deem the course unplayable, an alternative date will be offered based on availability, or payment will be refunded in full.

Please be aware that if you are booking as a 1-Ball, 2-Ball or 3-Ball, Killeen Castle Golf Club reserves the right to add another player to your booking particularly on busy days.
