I/We agree that my/our use of Club Moorings, RIYC Marina berths, Deck, Crane, Members’ facilities and Storage Space shall be at my/our own risk and that no liability whatsoever shall attach to the Club, its employees or agents in respect of any loss or damage arising from my/our own use of same. I/We confirm I/we hold adequate insurance against loss, damage or injury to persons and/or property. I/We confirm that the above mentioned yacht/boat is my/our property and accept that whilst availing of the Club’s facilities I/we shall be responsible for the management and control of the yacht/boat and the conduct of its crew (if any).
Deck charges for uncollected cradles and trailers will apply 48 hours after launching. I confirm that I have read the conditions outlined on both pages of this document together with the boathouse regulations and accept all the charges, including any deck-parking charges, which apply.
